Aromatherapy is similar to massage, using many of the same strokes and techniques. In addition to this, essential oils which are extracted from plants are blended and used during the massage to promote physical and emotional well being.
A short confidential consultation is conducted at the beginning of each session and oils are selected to suit the needs of each individual client. At the end of the session we will also discuss after care and possible further home use of the oils, such as in the bath or in a vaporiser.
